Our goal at Fitness Link is to provide a fun, welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone to experience the benefits of improved health and fitness. When you enter our gym, you will be welcomed warmly by our caring, professional instructors, and our amazing and compassionate students. There is a great variety of experience levels at Fitness Link; but all are welcome to join the fun, exhilarating experience of indoor cycling and group camaraderie of a challenging workout.

In this fast paced, high octane world that we live in today most of us feel like our life is maxed out. Exercise is such an essential component in maintaining a healthy, balanced life, and the great thing about Fitness Link is we can build tremendous strength, cardiovascular endurance, and total body conditioning while providing stress relief and increased energy for daily life.

We have clients of all fitness levels in our classes. There is absolutely no requirement that you are in good shape or that you have previous cycling or kettlebell experience before you start. Our classes are designed to be versatile. We offer variations and modifications so everyone in class is getting a great workout and is able to participate in some way, regardless of their fitness level.

  • EARLY BIRD Boot Camp

    Get in and start your day off with an invigorating, blood pumping workout which includes conditioning and indoor cycling. You'll get personalized coaching in a small group setting.




    Boot Camp

    Combine indoor cycling with strength and conditioning exercises to provide you with an amazing circuit workout. Expect the unexpected in these full body boot camp classes, from the equipment used to the style and intensity of each class. Boot Camp is packed with variety and tons of fun!




    Tabatas

    Fun! Kettlebells, TRX, and a variety of resistance tools offer a quick, dynamic exercise session. Based on the 20 sec work/10 sec recovery model; you'll fly through a workout achieving over all conditioning, cardio and core!

  • Spin

    An indoor cycling class that requires nothing but a desire to get a great aerobic workout! With no difficult skills or choreography necessary, cycling is a great way to involve every individual in group riding. This exhilarating, high energy exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine using stationary bikes.






    Spin + Tabatas

    Start with Spin to warm up, get your heart pumping, then add strength and conditioning! These classes will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. An exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. H.I.I.T training or High Intensity Interval Training focuses on high repetition movements; you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce a leaner body.

  • Total Body Conditioning

    Total Body Conditioning is a resistance based, cardio-laced session of total body interval training. Using kettlebells, resistance bands, a step, dumbbells and body weight, the class is led through an ever changing series of movements to focus on all muscle regions. This class accommodates all levels of fitness by the amount of weight used and demonstration of modified exercises for each level.




    Strength + Conditioning

    Put TRX + Kettlebells together and WOW! You get a great workout! Kettlebell & TRX training gets back to the basics of exercise and movement that requires functional, whole body fitness. Kettlebells require an athlete to focus on whole-body conditioning because lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time.
