Frequently asked questions:

  • Can I take a Fitness Link class if I have an injury or other health concerns?
    Indoor cycling can be a great way to improve injury or address health concerns as long as your health care provider gives you the OK. If you have injuries make sure you inform the instructor before class so they can provide modifications for you. There are plenty of things we can do to make your exercise safe and comfortable while continuing to provide a challenging, effective workout.

  • How often should I come to class?
    You will see dramatic improvement in muscle tone, strength, endurance and even weight loss if you attend our classes 4-5 times a week. If that is not realistic for your schedule, try to come at least 2-3 times a week. You will still see results, they will just not develop as quickly.

  • What to Expect?
    No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear fitness-like attire and bring a water bottle and towel. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out membership forms and meet your instructor.
